If your loan is given the green light, you’ll receive a contract to read and approve. We will go over the terms of the loan with you to make sure you understand it. You should review all parts of the loan contract, and verify that the information is correct before you sign it. If it looks good and you’re ready to become a homeowner, then you’ll accept the terms with your signature.

At this point, your home purchase is almost complete. We will fund the loan and meet with you to give you documents to close the deal, and collect any fees or closing costs at this time. Once the financial portion is taken care of, the deed of trust will be recorded.
